Mariah Moon is an AZ native, born and raised in Kingman, AZ. She grew up as a highly competitive athlete in Gymnastics, dance and swimming. After graduating from Kingman High School, Mariah attended Berry College in Rome, GA where she continued her competitive swimming career as a member of Berry’s Swimming and Diving Team. Mariah graduated with a BS in Psychology in 2014 and moved back to AZ to start a career. Mariah has continued her education as a lifelong learner by receiving her Certified Personal Training (CPT) credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Mariah recently got married in June 2023 and lives in the Estrella community with her husband and Great Dane puppy – Opie. She enjoys staying active, especially outdoors. You might see her working out frequently at Presidio! She has worked many years as a social worker, insurance claims adjuster and began pursuing her passion in fitness as a personal trainer over the past year. Mariah has experience coaching swim teams and at at Orange theory Fitness as well as in personal training both virtually and in person. Her goal is to use her ability to help others build confidence and by using exercise regularly to increase their quality of life. 

Mariah’s own experience with athletics along with her background in psychology has helped her to build a broad understanding of individuals as they face fitness roadblocks.
